Unfortunately it did not work. However, I uninstalled and re-installed the game last night and was able to play my Trooper (ready-to-play option). I thought all was well. Nope. Still get the same message as before.

Not that I am unaware of.
What is the SentinelOne program? That one is always running and I can't turn it off.

I will.
But, I have some good news. After following your directions in getting my Intel drivers all updated and all my other drivers updated, I ran the program last night and it downloaded 5.9.3. I pressed play, and low and behold it worked! Once I loaded my main, it prompted me to update to the newest graphics settings. I'm going to closely monitor this for the next week just make sure I'm in the clear.
In retrospect, my problems started shortly after I activated the public test server about 2-3 weeks ago.
