It is not possible to transfer linked accounts, this breaks swtor accounts permanently per https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/account/linking-accounts-and-persona-transfers/
These games and services include, but are not limited to:
STAR WARS™: The Old Republic
- SW:TOR accounts will break permanently and will not be transferred under any circumstances.
edit - what is the swtor username will check account and the purchase looks ok
