Based on what I've seen I doubt it will show up on GeForce Now. It's on steam but they would have to put both the steam and non-steam version on GeForce now which I would not expect to see happen since this does have a subscription model higher then GeForce now amount, the amount of hours played in an MMO which would require a lot more resources and space as the game continues to get bigger and bigger disk space wise.
