I just ran into this exact same problem. It turns out there are 2 SWTORSK security apps in the Play store. Uninstall your old app and go find the one listed below. This is the one you want:

I've noticed an issue with my security key, it seems to get out of sync or something and it gets harder to enter one that gets accepted. I had to enter it closer and closer to the time when a new one is generated but now I have to enter it well into the timer of the next (so I can see the next key and the line is down to 80% by the time the one that used to be displayed actually works).
I'm using the iPhone app, thanks for help.
