Swtor Support confirmed they have your email with the steam screenshots , however they have asked you to call to fix that disabled EA account , they cant add the gametime until that is done.
Yeah prox I think I have narrowed down the Issue, have just checked with a mate and I think I found the problem. I made a new EA account in December of last year with the same email I used to make the swtor account years back. I think that the billing account for my swtor account now has no email associated with it which is why it is "dormant". I checked with my mate who made his swtor account around the same time I did and his "account details" email is the same as his actual swtor email. He has also told me that email has not been used to make an EA account. Will this simply be a case of calling and changing the email used in "payment history"? Or will this require me to fiddle with an actual EA account, because I'm certain that there was never an EA account made with my swtor email up until last year December, which a month prior in November of last year I was able to make purchases on my account. Thanks
Also what would be the best time to make a call to swtor support? I live in Australia and I can see the number it's suggesting to call but I'm not sure where the call is going and the hours they are active thanks.

If you remove the email address off that ea account and replace it with another , then try to reset the password using the email you just removed off the account
it could restore the account as per https://help.ea.com/en-au/help/account/close-ea-account
If you want to regain access to your account once we’ve deleted it, you may be able to reset the password to get back in. You’ll only be able to do this if you haven’t already created another EA Account using the same email address that was on the account when it was deleted.
If you’ve already made a new account, you can change the email address on that account to reset the password for the deleted one.
as to calling the UK line the line is open from midnight to 9 am QLD time AEST
Right so replace the EA accounts email (the one that was made with the swtor email) with a different email and then attempt a password reset for the email that was originally used for the swtor account after its EA email is switched correct? If this doesn't work then I'll give support a call in the morning to try to sort it out. Cheers for the help
So I'm attempting to reset the password for the email that was used to make the swtor account after switching the email and it's now coming up saying there is no account associated with the email

looks like best to call
Yeah because my swtor account is so old there was never an EA account made with the same email, so the swtor account and the billing had the same address without being an EA account. I think because I created an account with this address back in March its messed with it. Do you think its possible to recover this or am I screwed? I think if I call they might assume that I'm trying to log into an EA account when there should not be one
Would it not be possible to just ask to put that email back into the billing address without an EA account? same as it was before?

An EA account was created per https://help.ea.com/en-au/help/star-wars/star-wars-the-old-republic/swtor-account-linked
Swtor support can fix it quite quickly once you speak to them , its just a matter of supplying an email address to put on that EA account and it is sorted
Sweet, this has been doing my head in thinking it would be such a hassle and that it would take ages verifying and going back and forth between EA support and swtor support. I really appreciate the help prox, I was actually getting genuinely worried that I possibly couldn't activate sub on my account again and losing almost a decade worth of progress. Many props to you mate for these conversations and making everything a lot clearer. Will let you know how it goes after I chat with them. Legend mate
Just called and they had the issue fixed within 10 minutes of calling. Appreciate all the help you've provided me with proxos and with how quickly you responded to each of my messages. I'll accept your last message as the solution. Thanks again o7
