- @proxos666 I am getting the error "There is an issue with your Electronic Arts account which will prevent SWTOR purchases until resolved. Please contact customer support " doesn't even work on steam, I just get a steam error saying purchase pending, what's going on? Username (Dragosmp)
You have an account issue that will require you to call swtor support on monday when the phone lines are open
So I tried to purchase a sub on the swtor website and it said it could not use my credit card at this time. Next I tried to use my paypal account and another error occured. I then purchased a time code off amazon and went to enter it, it had another error and told me to try again later, and when I did it said the code had already been used, and im assuming it was "used" when I got the error. I have tried to contact the support line but currently i'm overseas and I cant get on the support line for some reason.
As mentioned on discord supply your swtor username , so can flag to check the account, and email the code into support@swtor.com from the email attached to the swtor account
edit: if it is for the swtor account hkratkyz , you do need to call swtor support to fix an account issue
Hello I'm having same as person above. My Swtor account is Shawsaints if that helps.
I'm a recurring sub and was trying to purc a 30 day sub but to no avail I called bank and there's nothing restricting me or anything like that so idk were to go from here . Any suggestions??
There is no swtor account Shawsaints , can you confirm the swtor account name
