Re: Unable to log in a character and missing a free transfer
See if the below steps bring the free transfer back
- Log into your account page.
- Click Character transfer.
- Select origin server, character and destination. It will say it costs cartel coins but proceed anyway.
- On the following screen it will tell you if you can proceed with the transfer and there will be a button to go back and change settings. Click there.
- Now you should see the transfer listed as free.
