use this link (insert the Gmail email address used on the swtor account ) to restore purchasing for the account
for future purchases, use incognito mode on chrome initially if you purchase on swtor.com to be sure browser cache and cookies is cleared.
I completed these steps. In a fresh tab of chrome incognito I am seeing the same message.
There is an issue with your Electronic Arts account which will prevent SWTOR purchases until resolved. Please contact customer support (https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/star-wars/star-wars-the-old-republic/swtor-support) for further assistance.
can you login on that swtor account and confirm the exact gmail email used on that account is the one your inserting into the link in my previous post
Ahh, that's it. EA had 2 different emails for me for some reason. I used the email no longer in use and that did it. Thank you 🙂
