    They refunded the last 30 days but I wanted my full 24 months of unwanted recurring subscription.Talked with them for 45 min to 1hr but I still don't know if my ticket is open or closed?

    So ultimately it's up to support to determine if they can refund the rest of the unwanted subscription, you will need to go back to them to continue looking into this. We can't help with refunds or payment issues here on the forums.

    refunds are only handled via the phone support

    Just be aware if you decide to try a chargeback via the bank, it will result in a ban on the swtor account and the linked ea account and games on the EA account are affected as well
