Support have your screenshots but cant add the gametime until the below is done

To fix the account You need to reset the password on the linked EA account persona abclc7988bgf7b that has been disabled, that account uses a hot.ee email address

use the following link (insert the hot.ee email address) to reset the password then login on that EA account to fix the swtor account for purchasing

for future purchases, use incognito mode on chrome initially if you purchase on swtor.com to be sure browser cache and cookies is cleared

You are best to call swtor support when the lines are open, they can update the email on the ea account to an email you do have access too.

otherwise you can try an open a ticket at help.ea.com for unable to login on the ea app for example 

just remember the ea account has the persona abclc7988bgf7b and the account used that hot.ee email, you may be able to update that way, but calling swtor is likley best to be honest

english lines open in about 3 hrs time per the listed open hours, as to creating a ticket on help.ea.com be sure to login on the top right of that page

not even swtor support can add gametime when an account is disabled, otherwise they would of added already

i would try live chat , no attachment needed they dont care about your swtor purchase, they are purely about the ea account and your deleted email address
