Reclaim item did not work. CC was taken regardless.

I paid the 240 CC feee to unlock the Force Apprentice gear for all characters on one of my characters, but it did not work. It still says it's locked and need to pay the 240 CC but the CC was taken from my account as if I did unlock it regardless. I opened a ticket yesterday but feel for something money related, it's taking way too long. Has anyone experienced this before?

It can take a few days to get a response. Tickets are handled first come first serve sorry if there are other tickets ahead of you they will get a response first. Generally the time frame is 72 hours but because it's a weekend it may add a day or two.

Looks like the game unlocked the Red Blade armor set for you instead of the Force Apprentice gear.
