    @Torquefist

    swtor username ?

    swtor support see no issue with the swtor account linked to the EA account your posting with

  • @firelordcze

    Support said they have no email yet about the code you tried to use

    Your account has been sent to studio for fixing ( there is no timeframe ) they should email when it is fixed

    to subscribe for now, if you install the game via steam and login and play on a character to be sure the accounts are linked , you can then subscribe via steam whilst this gets sorted

  • Hello,

    thank your for your quick response. I quite messed it up, because of 2 of my EA accounts and I didnt know which one is connected to SWTOR account. So I started live chat with EA support and they set it up as I wanted. Now I have 1 EA account connected to SWTOR account. But I still get error message. I figured out, that I get error not only when trying to Redeem code, but when trying to Subscribe or Show payment history.

    be careful deleting or merging EA accounts this breaks swtor accounts usually permanently , once the swtor account is linked to an EA account that linkage cannot be changed.

    when swtor support checked the swtor account it needed to go to the studio for fixing so steam is the way to subscribe at moment

    they can action the code you have manually

    @Torquefist

    You need to reset the password on the linked EA account that account has the persona fooger456 (not Torquefist your posting on now) that EA account uses the same comcast email as on your swtor account

    use the following link to reset the password https://signin.ea.com/p/web2/resetPassword (insert the swtor email in the link) then login on that EA account to fix the swtor account for purchasing

    for future purchases, use incognito mode on chrome initially if you purchase on swtor.com to be sure browser cache and cookies is cleared

  • @proxos666 This worked. Thanks so much for your assistance. You're right about merging EA accounts. My linked accounts are really messy. Makes it difficult to manage.
