one time password

I have been trying for the last few days contacting you guys for a one time password and you have not once responded in the 15 minute window for STWOR quite frankly it is annoying and upsetting please respond to my request for a one time password

if the emails arent showing up it maybe best to call swtor support and use a different email using a different domain to get the emails ok
