My account is currently preferred status, but when I click on my friend's referral link to redeem the rewards for my account, is says "This account is currently not eligible for the Friends of SWTOR Referral Program" just wondering whether this a an error or if i'm missing something, thanks.

"As an active Subscriber, you have a personal referral link to send to your friends!" from Swtor page, You may not be able to claim such awards by not being a Subscriber. Try contact to Customer Support to reclaim the rewards.
