Refund or fix email verification

Best suggestion is change your email to one "never" used on any EA / Origin or swtor account and retry the verification with that email address

Failing that not sure what phone plan you have in Australia mine for example includes 1000 minutes international every month, worst case would recommend using skype to call swtor CS as it is about 3 cents a minute from Australia to the UK so $1.80 an hour

CS can only assist over the phone for an account issue and can help resolve verification issue, or they can help to transaction any refund request, I will mention that any chargebacks not approved by SWTOR CS can and do result not only in a lock on that swtor account but it can also lock the EA /Origin account and any games on that EA Origin account are no longer able to be accessed as well. 

So i recommend calling even for us from Australia

This is unbelievably pointless.. I had emails verified while trying to fix the issue, but still got me no closer then i first started..

The phone plan i do have doesn't have any International calls allowed nor do i have the ability to call from skype.

So literally creating an email for the sole purpose of dealing with EA * is my only option to see if it "MAY" work?
