Relics mk16 and mk26 exactly the same stats etc yet
one is rated at 212 and the other 216. How can that be? is this just a typo on the tooltip? thanks

The stats are the same but look at say, the Serendipitous Assault relic as an example. Endurance and power are identical but the proc is different — 212 grants 903 power on the proc and 216 grants 924.
The patch notes for 4.2 stated "The craftable Rating 212, 216, and 218 relics now have the correct stats." (One can only assume they mean 220, not 218). This fix did not go in, the relics are unchanged from patch 4.1. However, if they ever roll this out again, I think the stats will be changed.
