EA QV TeamNot to worry! When you consume the item, the rename flag still stays on your character until a rename is applied. When you're logged in to the character who consumed the token, open up your character window (hotkey: C) and you should see a rename button next to your character name.
I bought one of these things the other day changed my name in game and it does not apply it to the chat window. When i talk name is Yrab Eneauf and shows Yrab eneauf still in game but on login screen shows the correct format of the name any help would be greatly appreciated
The "Last Name" doesn't show properly in chat, that is an known issue.
