[RUS] Подписка через Стим не работает/Subscription via Steam does not work

Здравствуйте! Мой  swtor id: didashan и создала я его в далеком 2013 году. Недавно решила снова поиграть в SWTOR, скачала и решила купить себе монет и подписку. Через сайт мне оплатить ничего не дал...

Hello! I have a problem, I bought a subscription through Steam, but it did not activate, what should I do? Please help with this problem! I have submitted screenshots, but the problem is still there

    swtor username can check if they have your email

        Support cant see an email from you, was it sent from the swtor email ? resend first up and let me know can check if it arrives
