Thanks Swtor support for answer. Problem was solved!
can you log in here and post as sunekt instead of as Btuum that way you know you have reset the right account , the linked ea account uses a rambler email , it is not the ea account your posting on now
If you dont have access to that email anymore , call swtor support when the lines are open , otherwise try to recover that account through help.ea.com
