Good afternoon. I paid for a subscription via steam and had the same problem. I wrote to the email [edit: email address removed] . but they told me that my EA account is not active. please help.

You need to do the below , let me know when done and i can chase up the game time
You need to reset the password on the linked EA account that account has the persona lexa6311 (not EStreskylos your posting on now) that EA account uses a bigmir email
use the following link to reset the password https://signin.ea.com/p/web2/resetPassword then login on that EA account to fix the swtor account for purchasing
for future purchases, use incognito mode on chrome initially if you purchase on swtor.com to be sure browser cache and cookies is cleared

You need to reset the password on the linked EA account that account has no persona (not MrMrGanter your posting with now) that EA account uses the same email as on your swtor account
use the following link to reset the password https://signin.ea.com/p/web2/resetPassword (insert the swtor email in the link) then login on that EA account to fix the swtor account for purchasing
for future purchases, use incognito mode on chrome initially if you purchase on swtor.com to be sure browser cache and cookies is cleared
When i checked they still didnt have an email from you, what you posted here on AHQ is not valid either
when you reset the password of the linked ea account , log into help.ea.com with that account and there is a ticket to upload the screenshots too

Seems you need to redo and upload the steam id screenshot , They need to be able to see the username in the top right as well due to the names not matching
so just upload an uncropped screenshot of the steam ID screen to that ticket and let me know when done

Hello! I have a problem, I bought a subscription through Steam, but it did not activate. Please help with this problem! I have submitted screenshots. I activated sub from swtor.com after and now i have subscriber. But i should have 2 month subscription.
