dxdiag says swtor is crashing via P4: d3d9.dll which is the nvidia driver
why is the question now, ensure no game overlays are trying to load for now too
paste the below (which is following the directions in the link i provided) that is what you should try first not what you pasted

I have steam overlay disabled in the settings. I pasted what you put into the settings.ini and still the same result.
My video drivers are up to date as well if that is any help.

i would use https://www.wagnardsoft.com/forums/viewtopic.php?f=5&t=3576 to remove all trace of the current video driver and then do a clean install and see if it persists

it also cant hurt to update your windows 10 install your 2 versions behind at moment using 2004 (19041) latest is 21H1 (19043)

also install all options updates especially for C++ and .NET

Alright, i did the windows update, restarted, tried the game and had no change.
then I followed the guide for that DDU and did a clean install of my video drivers and it still does the exact same thing.
