Security Key iPhone App Activation Code

This is regarding Star Wars: The Old Republic. I haven't played since last June. At the time, it was a Premium account. Now it should be a Preferred account. I got a new phone since I last played...

    Log into www.swtor.com and leave the key field blank , you should see a similar screen to the below to begin the process to remove the key

I tried this I don't know how many time, and it wouldn't work! It finally did though, and I'm a happy camper. Thanks!
