Security Key issue

Good morning,

For some reason my account for Swotor is no longer accessible. i was playing it earlier in the week with no issues now my security key isn't working and I'm trying to turn it off. attempted to call customer service, but its unavailable PLZ HELP. all I'm trying to do is remove my security key so i can play Swotor.
