Security Key Reset - Locked out of Account for Years

Hi, so I have an account attached to what I bought the physical collector's edition on. It had a physical security key that I lost years ago. I played briefly on a new account, but I want into the account that I originally bought the game on when you had to buy it. The website help on here says to log in and enter all the info except the security key and clink on a button prompt that is not showing up. Instead, it just links back to here on this website.
