server merge
Hello. Recently re-downloaded the game to play it again, and I guess they did a server merge back in fall of 2017. Most of my characters from the Jung Ma server (iirc) and who were in the same Legacy...

It will show all the transfers initiated by you, not automatic ones.
I am aware that there was a server merge. And I did not process the transfer for my main character (Yilmaz Kartal). That is the problem.
when the server merge was done: all characters I had on Jung Ma were moved to Star Forge. EXCEPT Yilmaz who was moved to Satele Shan for no reason.
That is what I want to figure out how to resolve. Checking my account transfer history will not resolve this as it was NOT a transfer I initiated.
You will need to pay for a transfer, all accounts where emailed in regards to the server merge , and discounted transfers where also offered after the merge however that has now expired.
If you had a character on satele shan then that character had to be on bastion, harbinger or beregon colony when the merge occurred, it definitely wasn't on jungma at the time of the merge.
@EA_Kipling may be suggesting for you to look at your transfer history as that character may have been transferred prior to the merge by you, in any case it wasn't on jungma with the merge
