Server transfer failed

I'm transferring some characters to another server, but I'm having problems.

The first transfer went fine, no problems. But I can't transfer any other characters. I have tried 6 times now, and every time it fails.

I have enough CC, there's no problems with the characters, the tool on the character transfer pages says so, yet it fails every time.

It has been weeks since I last xfered these characters, no 72 hour problem there.

What is the problem? This is very annoying.
