they might be a population cap at the moment as i have a 30 minute wait on mine top right corner there as you can see in my image easy to miss though as i almost did miss it is that what you get or do you get an actual servers are down error message
It is crazy ... We just run TOS group finder ........ ad it shut down server .. without any timing notices..
i hust had alook @their witter account and it says Harbinger will be down briefly so they can restart it *sigh*
