servers

Having the same problem.  Nothing in the Alerts either to state the reason behind it either.

Not working here either and no information displayed about anything...

I have the patch fully installed.  Why are all the servers offline if they are done with maintenance?  Is this common?  I just renewed my sub after 3 years and I'm very confused.  With any of the other MMOs I have played (WoW, ESO, ect) after maintenance ends and the patch or service is installed, the servers are available.  WTH?

I have had this happen before when there is a new patch or something big happening in the game.  I DO AGREE it would sure be nice to hear from someone at EA Games about what is going on.  I do not understand why MMO's are quiet when something is wrong.  Most of us are paying customers and it is only right to let us know when we can expect to be online.

I 100% agree.  I pay a sub and regularly purchase cartel coins.  In my opinion, that should warrant some sort of communication.

Same here, as a subscriber, the least we could ask for is some sort of Information.

Sadly, there isn't really an answer given in regards to ETA.  Occurrences like this one are the reason I canceled my ESO sub.

Another point I would like to make is:  people are paying a sub to get early access to knew content.  "Issues" like this bleed our early access time.  The reasonable thing to do would be to compensate the players with a sub, but you know very well, that will never happen.
