servers
okay so the servers were only supposed to be down for maintainance between 1pm and 5pm GMT..... does anyone know why they are still down?

We are testing a possible fix, and may be able to bring servers online in an hour or less. We'll update you as soon as we receive new info
This seems to be common pattern with SWTOR. They update, perform maintenance, have all servers go offline and offer no explanation why or even an estimated time for how long they will be offline. Bad customer service, EA!

Im pretty sure that after this game, I wont play any Bioware game again. They basically are not doing their job, which is test the freaking content before launch, no performance improvement at all and, the worst thing, no customer responses.
