Sever list won't show On Swtor

I've been trying to fix this for a week now. I've followed all instructions previously related to the topic and nothing seems to work. I'm suppose to get to the character screen when i log in but it ...

Server list missing is usually either antivirus or firewall in most cases 

if you have a different compat mode on launcher.exe to swtor.exe that too can result in no server list

some av examples below

ESET - disable "protocol filtering"
Kaperskey - disable "scan secure/encrypted connections"
Norton (Firewall) - set exceptions to "Allow" not "Auto"

    I've done all this. I'm using windows defender and I've turned it right off and the compatibilities match. Still giving me a blank sever page when i log in. I've repaired the launcher and I've uninstalled and reinstalled. I'm so fed up

      are you able to tether to say a mobile GSM hotspot  or use a different internet connection just to confirm if it is a setting on the system or an internet issue ?

      least then you will know where to look for sure

        Nope it still does it when i'm on my hotspot. Good suggestion though.
