When i try to login in launcher the menu say that my passwords was incorrect but when i try to login in website the one time password wasn't reached my email neather on the mail box on the spam

The login issue on the launcher is likely due to the Brazil Age Verification not being done on your swtor account yet , however you need the OTP to login on the swtor account to do that too.

Even i that is from Brazil can call then? I'am gonna tryingHow do i contact them from a different country, do I have to pay or start a trial on viber for example? I don't understand why EA obliterated the support system for this game, I remeber it was pretty bad when I was a kid and now the only way I can get in contact with the support staff is having to call-out with a third party paid service.
you are best to call swtor support when the lines are open to update the email to one that can get the otp emails
