I completed the quest for Kalig's light saber but did not receive it. I am a preferred player. Was I supposed to receive a reward? As it is, I'm still using the level 12 seers light saber at level 30...

sorry to bug you but is this a known bug and or has the reward changed? *waits for proxo to zooooooom in with his new speeder*
I am under the impression this is a bug , if you submit a ingame ticket they should mail the items to you.
Edit - just saw you are preferred , only way I know to get them is via an ingame ticket which is for subscribers, you could try an email with all the account, character details etc to support@swtor.com but they may not help due to non-subscriber status.
