I know this topic exist but i have not the ecatcly same problem...
I have a sith sorcerer lvl 28 and first did the mission on balmorra then i went to nar shaddaa compeletd the missions on nar shaddaa and used the holo terminal and like the others i have no mission...
You said that u think after patch 4.02 all will be alright but if i have my mission where do i have to go i completed the balmora mission

Is there anything to click on the mission log?
If so try to click on it and then do a reset, see if anything pops up. That may work. If not delete the DiskCacheArena file under the swtor directory to see if that helps.
If not you may need to submit an in-game ticket if your a subscriber or contact customer service to have them fix manually since it's a class mission they should be able to fix it. You can call them here if your not a subscriber:
