Slow update download speed
The update download speed is too slow with a good connection

CDNs are primarily through services like akamai servers , these are primarily GEO DNS based, so maybe try a different DNS server and see if it points to a better download location
Same goes if using VPNs best to ensure they are off when downloading and antivirus exceptions exists for the launcher
Example i get as a download point 2 x IP addresses for Akamai servers
