Star Wars knights of the fallen empire not working

Hi I bought the token for the knights of the fallen empire created a new character. There was an opening video and that was it. I just started at the fleet, when I went to the ship there was a missio...

Providing access to KOTFE is good when on fleet right mouse click the character portrait and select "reset all active phases" should also sort it.
