To fix the account issue, You can try to reset the password on the linked EA account that account has been disabled and its data wiped (so it is not the EA account your posting on now)
The linked ea account used a @BIGPOND.NET.AU email address which is a different email to the swtor email addressuse this link (insert the @BIGPOND.NET.AU email address into that link) to reset the password then login on that EA account to fix the swtor account for purchasing
