I have also reset password on bigpond email and linked my Steam account to the bigpond email.

Emails used on an account do not create any linkage , all accounts can use totally different emails and still be linked- 2 years ago
Thankyou for your help. I finally got around to submitting the 3 I cropped screenshots to support as required, I will keep a lookout for their emails regarding this asap.
