@soulcatshers @Voldemarts Support do not see an email from the email on the swtor account regarding a steam purchase has one been sent to fix your account for future purchases You need to reset the password on the linked EA account that account has the persona sovernrs (not the accounts you have posted on here) that EA account uses the same list.ru email as on your swtor account use the following link to reset the password https://signin.ea.com/p/web2/resetPassword (insert the swtor email in the link) then login on that EA account to fix the swtor account for purchasing for future purchases, use incognito mode on chrome initially if you purchase on swtor.com to be sure browser cache and cookies is cleared

@soulcatshers support said the account is ok now for future purchases they still have no email from you , if you are sending the required screenshots from a different email to the swtor account ensure the swtor username is included so they can link it to the swtor account. changing emails on steam and swtor to match doesn't matter, the linked EA and swtor accounts can have different emails for instance

@soulcatshers maybe best to send from say a gmail account , some ru emails do not get through the gateways it seems

@soulcatshers ensure the screenshots are per https://answers.ea.com/t5/General-Discussion-Technical/INFO-Steam-Purchase-Not-Working/td-p/9356718/jump-to/first-unread-message they really do not need the swtor account screen they just need to know the swtor account name

Ну по всей видимости нужно хоть что-то написать сюда, дабы получить хоть какой то фидбек от тех поддержки. Купил подписку в сsteam на SWTOR, и как вы уже могли догадаться, она не работает. Да да я знаю что требуется написать на [edit: email address removed], приложить 2 скрина и написать свой id SWTOR чтобы тех поддержка могла проверить транзакцию. Ответа от тех-поддержки нет никакого. Поэтому пишу сюда в поисках великих гуру, которые может быть сталкивались с данной проблемой, помогите!

Well, most likely you need to write at least something here in order to get at least some kind of feedback from those support. I bought a steam subscription for SWTOR, and as you might have guessed, it doesn't work. Yes, yes, I know what you need to write to [edit: email address removed], attach 2 screenshots and write your SWTOR id so that support can check the transaction. And no one answer me. Therefore, I am writing here in search of great gurus who may have encountered this problem, help!
