Steam sub not activating, send email but no response.

Bought a subscription on Steam, but its not activated in game. Accounts linked, send an email at SWTOR support but there was no answer (Email is send from adress used with my SWTOR account).  Ingam...

    Depends on the queue , most are sorted in 24 hrs i believe at present but could be slightly longer if the queue is longer overnight for example

    I have flagged to check the account for issues , and they have your email , response will be in about 9 -10 hrs when support are online for the day

Unfortunately you will need to call swtor support when the phone lines are open to fix an account issue on that swtor account

when i checked they couldnt see an email from the email address used on the swtor account 

when you call check if they see the email , if not have the screenshots handy and ask to upload to a case whilst on the phone
