i presume you are @Ekhelawon , did you change the persona on the linked account ? the linked account should show you here as zetatrigon not Xepticus
anyways have flagged to get the account rechecked , response will be in about 12 hrs
I sended mail to swtor. They said me to call a number of swtor's customer services but i cant call them because i live in turkey and its so expensive. I want to change it because i cant access "zetatrigon" account. I deleted mail address of zetatrigon 6 months ago. But if u check this account you can see this accounts name also once "zetatrigon". This can be my proof and also i sended a pic my email change request on 2016 for zetatrigon account. (in different mail address) Idk really what can i do. I want only play swtor but circumstances are going un-solveable step by step for me. Please help me about it, thanks in advance.
your only option to not call is per below
you can try an open a ticket at help.ea.com for an "origin" account persona zetatrigon and say cant login , and see if you can update the email used on that ea account
Support said the EA account is active and your emails are in the queue for an agent , they should get to your tickets today
(Update) Nothing is changed.
