Steam Sub not working

Steam Subs dont work, Tried to buy a Sub via Steam and got nothing ingame, Yes my accounts are linked. Swtor Account Name Commander_Lenox

support said they do not have an email from you yet , was one sent from the email on the swtor account

Sorry it was the middle of the night, I just send the E-Mail with the two screenshots and my ingame Account name

  nothing seen yet , if you want to be sure they get the screenshots, give support a call when the lines open and ask to upload them to a ticket whilst on the phone
