I'm having the same problem here with steam sub, Just purchased it recently and it's not working.
SWTOR USERNAME: Plagueguy

Same.  Username Kashavar.  Sent the email as specified 3 days ago, but no response yet.

Support confirmed your email is in the queue for an agent , they should get to it today sometime

Support said they have no email from you when i checked

Was that email sent from the email used on the swtor account ? support cant see an email from you at this point.

Also they replied saying my subs been added 

Sent again, and yes it's from the email attached to the account.  Combined size of the pics is only 85.7KB so it should be plenty small enough.
