ok support have your email however they cant add gametime due to an issue with the swtor account
Your swtor account has been disabled for purchasing, this is due to the linked EA account has had its data wiped due to long term inactivity
The linked EA account was created at the same time as the swtor account was created , and used the email address used on account creation
unfortunately you have used the swtor email on another ea account, so it needs to be removed from the ea account it is on presently and it can be used in , then use this link to reset the password on the linked EA account and then login on that account to get it restored.
(it is similar to restoring an account in https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/account/close-ea-account
If you want to regain access to your account once we’ve deleted it, you may be able to reset the password to get back in. You’ll only be able to do this if you haven’t already created another EA Account using the same email address that was on the account when it was deleted.
If you’ve already made a new account, you can change the email address on that account to reset the password for the deleted one.
Let me know if you think you have sorted the account and i can recheck the account
if you have no clue and cant get this sorted then you will need to call swtor support when the lines are open and they can update the details on the account for you
