Steam Subscription no working!

You need to login on the EA account which uses a gmail email,  that is a different email then what is on your swtor account and reset the password on that EA account , once that is done purchasing on swtor will work as intended

Support can see your ticket is in the queue about the steam purchase

I got same issue too

I bought the subscription 30 days memebership from steam 7hours ago but the account status still showed F2P now.

I sent email to swtor support still no response.

what is the swtor username can check if the email arrived ok providing it was sent by the email on the swtor account

Support do not see any email from the e mail attached to that account 

either resend or send from a different email domain and wait to see if that one gets there.

you can also Call swtor support and request that you can provide the proof of purchase screenshots via your ea account whilst on the phone, the agent should be able to retrieve them and action/resolve it whilst you are talking to them

btw i tried contact support from phone but it is sunday 😞
