Support cant see an email from you , was it sent from the email on the swtor account ?

as to the 60 rub , those should auto refund after a few days
I resent the letter, the email is the same as the one I indicated during registration.
Support said they have asked you to resend the screenhots , gather it was the cropped purchase screen
Were you logged into your SWTOR account on swtor.com when you subsribed? It's a common mistake most people make when subscribing.
