you will need to call swtor support when the lines are open to fix an account issue on that account

also when i checked support could not see an email from the email address you have put on that swtor account with the steam screenshots
try resending and when you call to fix the account confirm they have received it ok
Apologies, the email failed to send, should have gone through now though. Also I keep trying to call the UK number but it always says that there isn't anyone available.
check the utc time UK opens in an hour
