Hi!
I've recently bought a subscription through steam and it's still not working after several days.
I've already contacted support via email and provided all the necessary screenshots, but was redirected here.
I won't be able to contact a support specialist via phone call, that's not an option.
Is there any way to fix this issue? I'm willing and eager to spend money on this game, but I'd like my money to not just disappear without effect.

you will need to call swtor support when the lines are open to fix an account issue on that account

also when i checked support could not see an email from the email address you have put on that swtor account with the steam screenshots
try resending and when you call to fix the account confirm they have received it ok
Apologies, the email failed to send, should have gone through now though. Also I keep trying to call the UK number but it always says that there isn't anyone available.
check the utc time UK opens in an hour

UTC is not meant to be affected by day light saving etc , but have dropped the UTC time listed back to 14:00 so yes lines are open now 🥳

the account is flagged to be checked for issues, response will be in about 10hrs when support are online for the day
support see no issue with the account
