Steam Subscription not showing up

I tried purchasing a sub on the swtor website and it said there was an error saying; "There is an issue with your Electronic Arts account which will prevent SWTOR purchases until resolved. Please contact customer support (https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/star-wars/star-wars-the-old-republic/swtor-support) for further assistance." So I purchased a sub on steam and it never showed. I emailed customer service with proof of purchase, but they have yet to respond.
