Have a similar issue (Swtor ID: cipacwarrior)
A friend gifted me a 30 day sub for the game through steam. Gift was received and charged but never got to my account.
I've done every solution posted in the forums:
I updated my EA/Origin Account (password changed on the account I'm posting this).
Linked the Steam account to SWTOR.
Sent Screenshots to support through the same mail including:
- EA Account name with verified email.
- SWTOR account and linked status to Steam.
- Steam ID and Aliases.
- Proof of purchase (from my friends purchase History), Details Page and Gift acceptance with transaction ID.
- Mail banner showing the gift was sent to my Steam Account.
- Ingame showing Preferred Status.
Basically, EVERYTHING that is listed in the sticky post on the forum (https://answers.ea.com/t5/Technical-Issues/INFO-Steam-Purchase/m-p/9356718#M61159)
Third mail sent to support with not even an automated message reply in the last 5 days.
I'm liking the game but this is getting ridiculous. The solution everyone has having the best result is by phone but that's not possible since I can't make an International call from where I live.
