Steam subscription not working 2024

Hi, I've had my SWTOR account since 2015, decided to make a return to the game and bought a sub on steam but it isn't activating. After some digging around and following a lot of the advice on many ...

    @slamdozerr 

    were the screenshots email using the email address also used on that swtor account, support see no email at this point for that account

    edit: ok they found  the email , it is in the queue for an agent

swtor account display name is "slamdozerr"

will email the screenshots to support now
